Are you a psychotherapist looking for high-quality clinical supervision? Are you new to practice and seeking guidance, support, mentorship? Psychotherapists are now entering the field in increased numbers; each one learning how to support clients suffering from mental health issues, emotional conflicts, stress, fear, worry and tension.

But how do therapists keep going themselves? Keep holding?
Keep providing compassion, empathy, support and the best mental health care for their clients? In otherwords, how do you become a sustainable psychotherapist?
A sustainable psychotherapist is one who can learn, grow and meet the challenges of this profession with grace and ease, year over year.
These are the therapists who will endure. These are the therapists who build a psychotherapy practice legacy. Not addressing these important foundations of working as a psychotherapist may lead in burnout, emotional stress, irritability, lack of sleep, compassion fatigue and, most unfortunate, an early end to a career we all have worked to hard to achieve.
I offer signature clinical supervision services that promote authentic professional growth and development. I’m a registered psychotherapist with the CRPO and hold close to two decades of clinical experience with specialties in complex trauma counselling, psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, somatic therapies and IFS parts work.
I begin with establishing the fundamentals of practitioner health with supervisees. Then, I teach and continually reinforce techniques and strategies for nervous system regulation to aid with self and effective use of self. During both individual and group clinical supervision sessions, I employ IFS parts work as a reflective practice tool so therapist’s may learn to lead their psychotherapy practice from Self energy. As a clinical supervisor, I guide you through the tapestry of co-creating an effervescent
therapeutic relationship as the ultimate change agent, how to ground and assess clients safely, perform cross modality psychotherapeutic techniques with confidence, and most importantly, increase introspection and inward discovery to learn where your feelings end and your clients begin.
If you want to stand out, begin by cultivating a psychotherapy practice legacy. Take the first step and
join me in clinical supervision, I’m honoured to be your guide.
