15-minutes
Free Consultation
Our free 15-minute consultation is a relaxed, no-commitment virtual call where you meet your therapist, share what has brought you in, and ask any questions you have. There is no pressure and no obligation.
If the connection does not feel right, you are welcome to meet with another therapist until you find the one that fits.
Once you do you can choose to see our therapists online or visit them at our office in Etobicoke.

Step 2
75 minutes
Initial Intake Session
Your first full session, called an intake session is 75 minutes long.
Your therapist will take the time to truly understand your story, your goals, and what you are hoping to get from therapy. Together you will create a personalized treatment plan, including how often you will meet and what to focus on first.
This session is about understanding you, not diagnosing you.
Step 3
55 minutes
Subsequent Sessions
Each session is purposeful, structured, and tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Depending on your therapist and your treatment plan, sessions may incorporate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, IFS, or LENS neurofeedback, all designed to help you build practical tools and deeper self-understanding.
These sessions are dedicated to helping you meet your goals in therapy. Regular therapy sessions are 55 minutes. Frequency of sessions depends on your goals, your schedule, and what your therapist recommends based on your treatment plan.
Step 4
Relapse Prevention Plan
Healing is not linear and there is no fixed timeline. Some clients reach their goals in 8 to 12 sessions. Others benefit from longer-term support. Your therapist will check in on your progress regularly and adjust your plan as you grow.
When you are ready to wrap up, your final sessions will focus on a relapse prevention plan to help you maintain your progress long-term.
